If you’re trying to decide between the two, this review might be the most helpful to you.*Feel:*Both mice have a very comfortable feel. My hands are on the larger side so I’ve always preferred an ergonomic mouse instead of the “claw-grip” type mice. Both mice achieve this. The Razer is very comfortable to me. The Logitech mouse was initially uncomfortable, but it has an additional feature, which is that the clutch button can be popped off and reversed or even completely eliminated to make room for your thumb. Simply reversing that button made it very comfortable for me. I’d say these mice tie on comfort.*Glide:*Both mice glide smoothly on the trackpad. Perhaps the Logitech has a slight edge on smoothness, but really they’re both good.*Buttons:*Both mice have excellent buttons. My ONLY complaint as that the mouse wheel clicks a bit too easily, and when scrolling in something like File Explorer, I tend to accidentally push too hard and open a new tab. The scroll wheel otherwise is amazing, and the left/right wheel buttons are very responsive and makes swapping tabs and scrolling quickly very easy. I don’t use the auto hyper scroll feature because I’m worried about the mechanism wearing down so I stick to manual, but the manual press feels logical and not physical, meaning it seems to activate as a logical switch function and not as a depressed switch like my other old mouse (it’s not a physical button lock). I’m completely sold on the new optical switches, and I’m never going back to my previous favorite brand after this. Customer Review: “I mostly play Overwatch as my main game, but I do a fair amount of aim trainers too (mostly aim labs), and this mouse is hands down my favorite mouse. I bought a second one for work actually (I am a programmer), so I use my mouse for work too (though I try to use the keyboard when I can). The mouse feels amazing. It is extremely light, the shape of the mouse is pleasant for the average mouse grip (mine is a hybrid palm and finger-tip grip, leaning more towards the palm and a light finger-tip touch), it keeps its charge a very long time, I never have problems keeping it charged up as a one-hour charge will last you a long time (like more than 1 week depending on your use of course, but I use more than the average gamer and I only charge about once every 1.5 to 2 weeks), the mouse also has a great sensor (up to 32k), the software for this version of the Superlight (2) offers advanced customization options like setting the lift off point (which can be high, medium, or low), the DPI can be easily set (I use 800 at 5 DPI as a DPS main (mostly Ashe and Tracer)), though you can set multiple profiles with 5 different settings each, and you can even set the x-axis and y-axis individually too. Also, the scroll wheel works perfectly. I had several Superlight Pros (the first version) where the scroll-wheel would break and I could never get it to work again, and it seemed like a software change would break it, not anything physical like slamming or dropping it, but with the Superlight version 2, I have not once had that issue and I’ve changed all the same software settings and I’ve got mad a few times and slammed it pretty hard and it hasn’t broken, so I’m deeply impressed with this mouse, thus it gets the 5 stars, and I don’t give those out unless I think it was earned, I give good products 4 stars, lol.”

Customer Review: “Would ideally rate it 4/5, but considering that we have few ‘dependable’ gaming mouse options and Asus has stepped in with a sturdy technical build I’m putting it at 5. Aside from the usual plus points shared with similar mice, few things I’ve noticed: Pros- Perhaps only mouse that I’ve used so far that work almost equally well on hard and cloth pads. It doesn’t drag heavy on soft pads yet still has a sense of ‘stickiness’ for flicks. It also doesn’t slip/scatter your aim on hard pads.- Bit heavy, but its a plus as the movements are smooth and actions feel more .. controlled.- 8khz polling. I turned this on only after a recent pc upgrade. On my earlier (quite old i7) machine the cpu couldn’t handle it and caused fps drops. Have 0 such drops now, make sure to have a newish multicore cpu.- Extremely well build and polished well, no rubber surface that might peel off later. Cons- Everyone talks of it, and Armory Crate is.. famous. From now on I’ll keep it on a backup laptop to customize settings which get saved to the mouse onboard memory anyway.- that teeny joystick by the thumb might be a + for some, I haven’t found ways to apply it effectively. I removed it and had the shielded cap plugged in place. But AC still installs a ‘virtual’ mouse and keyboard on my pc, least one of which is because of the joystick I suspect. These don’t cause any issues as such, but I don’t have a preference for it.- No dpi switch button near mouse wheel, but I remapped the the wheel click for it. Neutral- 32k sensor. Might be useful for multi monitor setups I guess. I tried it for a bit, applying appropriate fractions to mouse sensitivity in Overwatch, but it felt similar to lower dpi and higher sens. Not knocking on this sensor in particular, have seen similar for other high dpi mice too – SteelSeries, Logitech, etc. If it lasts long enough without performance issues, I can see this one as a favorite.”

Customer Review: “I’ve been using a Logitech G502 Proteus Core for a couple of years, and I’ve been wanting a wireless mouse for ages however, I had been hesitant to switch to anything else because I loved that G502 Proteus Core. Then, this mouse came out. I knew it was time to upgrade. I get a mouse that looks, feels and performs identically to my Proteus Core. No, scratch that, BETTER than my Proteus Core. Except now no more wire wrangling. No more wire catching on the edge of a table or needing to tape it down. Except the sensor is faster and better than my G502PC, and the wireless mouse is somehow LIGHTER than the wired version. What kind of space age magic is this!? When I got it at first, I was actually a little disappointed. I had been excited for this new, fancy mouse that was going to step my game up. But then I got it and it just felt exactly like my old one. It felt like nothing has changed. The wait to use it came to a somewhat anticlimactic end. But then I thought about it and realized….. IT FEELS EXACTLY LIKE MY OLD ONE. I got literally exactly what I loved before, but this time with RGB lighting and no cord! What had I expected? I got literally exactly what I wanted, and it felt like home. And the battery life, of my goodness, the battery life. I’ve been using this mouse since mid Early/mid-May. I probably use my mouse for about 1 to 4 hours a day, sometimes every other day depending on schedule. I charged this mouse to 100% on my first day of ownership. I haven’t charged it since, and my battery currently reads 64%. Incredible. Over a month of regular and consistent use, with lighting on (at about 60-75% brightness, purple) and I haven’t even gotten it to half charge. That tells me I’ve probably got another month or so of battery life to go! I have been BEYOND satisfied with this mouse. I only had one minor hiccup. Initially I put the wireless receiver in the rear of the tower, straight into the motherboard’s primary USB 3 port. Unfortunately, I noticed that I would get occasional stuttering and hitching with the mouse cursor. After a bit I noticed that it only happened when my cell phone was on my computer desk in front of my mousepad. I relocated the receiver to the USB3 slot on my Corsair K60 keyboard, problem solved. I haven’t had one stutter or hitch since. I think my cell phone’s WiFi signal was causing some form of interference. I could reproduce the problem with my cell phone location every time, so I’m confident in what the issue was. BEYOND satisfied with this product.
